"THERE CAN BE LIFE—AND HAPPINESS, AND JOY, AND LAUGHTER—AFTER GREAT LOSS"
Welcome to Part 1 of this 4-part series, where we hear the backstory of the drummer from The Andrew Lewis Band and KOS Band, Pat Bragg, which has prepared him to find hope and joy in the midst of great loss.
Pat and Charlene started out young, vibrant, and in love — until this thing called life started slamming into them. Testing them. As you learn from their video below, Pat & Charlene were confronted with the crippling effects of disease and the shocking death of their son Adam.
What does this couple have that keeps them laughing in love, in the thick of disease, death, trauma, tragedy and great loss?
I'd probably end up in the dark with depression, anxiety, and bewilderment. Why me? Why my child? Why am I here? What's the meaning of life anyway? Mind numbing stuff that would tempt me straight back to the bottle.
That's why I need mentors like Pat and Charlene Bragg in my life.
Travel with me in Episode 04 to the 1970's: We'll explore Pat's "zero" interest in God, his passion for drums, step inside the “spleen machine," and learn how he met the beautiful young groupie who confronts him with life's most pivotal question.
EP 04: A Matter Of Perspective: The Backstory — Part 1 of 4.
Then hold on tight, because EP 05 is just around the corner.
